We’re proud to be delivering the Victoria Quarter project in New Barnet as executive architects, taking the scheme from developed design through to completion on behalf of Fairview New Homes.

The project recently achieved a key milestone with Gateway 2 approval secured under the new Building Safety Regime — positioning it among the early wave of higher-risk residential schemes to meet these rigorous new standards. This reflects a robust, coordinated design approach and our commitment to delivering compliant, future-proofed buildings.

Victoria Quarter will deliver 395 new homes — a mix of apartments and townhouses — along with 41,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space, transforming a former gas works site into a vibrant new community.

We’re pleased to play a key role in realising this ambitious scheme alongside a strong consultant team and forward-thinking client.
